Our mission
We pay attention—so progress cannot become a promise without proof.
CABIC is a North Carolina nonprofit organization committed to the recruitment, retention, and success of Black students, faculty, and staff at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
We review data, listen to the people experiencing Carolina today, engage University leadership, and keep the broader Black alumni community informed. When needed, we bring forward ideas, recommendations, and questions that deserve an answer.
